About Farmington Country Club:

Avid and novice golfers alike will find Farmington a haven for the sport. Our 27 holes include the original South and North Nines laid out by Fred Findlay in 1927 plus our East Nine laid out in 1965 by Mr. Findlay’s grandson, Buddy Loving. The South and North Nines are consistently recognized as one of Virginia’s top, most challenging traditional golf courses while the East Nine provides a comfortable playing environment for those seeking a lesser challenge. Our driving range, short game practice area, practice greens and indoor hitting area provide a year-round facility for every skill level. Farmington’s commitment to providing the finest golf facilities for our members and their guests is unparalleled.

Furthering that commitment on a daily basis is our talented staff of golf professionals, led by PGA Head Professional Rob McNamara who was named PGA Merchandiser of the Year for the Mid-Atlantic Region in 2002 and 2008. Farmington’s golf shop offers outstanding service plus an award-winning selection of equipment and merchandise.

Farmington members and their guests enjoy a wide variety of golf activities including: tournaments and special events, private or group instruction, men’s and ladies teams and leagues, fun-filled junior programs and much more. Other services available throughout the year include men’s and ladies golf locker rooms, bag storage in a climate controlled room, club repair and USGA golf handicaps.
