About Boscobel Golf Club:

Boscobel Golf & Country Club, located in Pendleton, just minutes from Clemson University, is a testing Fred Bolton designed layout that is situated in the heart of the Upstate of South Carolina. While Bolton is credited as the designer, the eighteen-hole course, which opened in the 1930’s, has also seen Russell Breeden put his fingerprint on the rolling terrain of the Bermuda fairways and bentgrass greens. Boscobel is surrounded by mature oaks and pines offering an old fashioned design with modern fairways and greens.

The track is a challenging course that measures nearly 6,500 yards in length and is a meticulous par 71 from the men's tees and par 72 from the ladies. The course is unique in that it features five par three holes, rather than the traditional four. The small greens require players to have accurate approach shots in order to score well and water is only a factor on three of the holes.

Amenities include a spacious clubhouse where a staff of PGA professionals is available for individual lessons and instruction, and a fully-stocked pro shop that can cater to all of your equipment needs. With its snack bar and grill, Boscobel is also able to offer full-service catering for a variety of events and outings. Boscobel Country Club, much like its Upstate brethren Anderson Country Club, Brookstone Meadows Golf & Country Club, and Pickens Country Club, offers players a testing round of golf in a relaxed atmosphere that is enjoyable for golfers of all ability levels. Boscobel Country Club is located just two hours from Atlanta, Georgia or Charlotte, North Carolina.
