About Indian Hills Country Club:

Indian Hills Golf and Tennis Club is a rare blend of natural beauty and enjoyable golf. The picturesque semi-private club is surrounded by hundreds of mature trees that serve as the ideal backdrop for a wonderful golfing experience.

In 1922, a group of businessmen purchased a tract of wooded farmland in Paxinos for the purpose of building a golf course. The first charter was granted in 1923 to the Shamokin Valley Country Club.

Originally a nine-hole course with two sets of tee boxes on each hole, the course was expanded to eighteen holes in the early 1970's. Improvements are continually made to keep the course the best in the area.

Indian Hills has built a solid reputation for providing outstanding food and service in addition to an outstanding golf course. Join us in 2013 as we celebrate our 90th anniversary.
