About Willow Woods Golf Course:

Willow Wood Golf Club, formerly known as Doughton Golf Club, was originally formed in 1927, making it one of Ohio's oldest courses. Indicative of when it was built, the par-70 course is shorter than most modern courses at 6,175 yards from the back tees but it still manages to hold its own against the newer golf courses in the area. The layout also has a more traditionally classic design than what most golfers are probably used to, featuring wide fairways and small greens. The occasional water hazard comes into play and there are several strategically placed bunkers to contend with as well. Overall, it's a player-friendly course but the greens can be surprisingly tough. In addition to the golf course, there are also putting and chipping greens with a practice bunker available at Willow Wood G.C.
