About Sedgefield Country Club-Dye Course:

Pete Dye designs are recognized as some of golf's finest championship courses, especially his course at Sedgefield (formally known as Cardinal Golf and Country Club) that opened in 1975. The 2007 restoration of the course, completed by Mr. Dye himself, provides a longer challenge, yet retains the unique and demanding qualities. It covers over 140 acres of scenic property and includes two lakes and winding creeks. After completing the restoration of the course, Mr. Dye stated that #12 (pictured above) is "the hardest par 3 I ever designed."
