The West Branch Country Club is an 18 hole, immaculately maintained, semi-private course located in West Branch, MI. Open to the public year round, the WBCC features all of the beauty and excitement that accompanies northern Michigan golf. The West Branch Country Club is also the home of PGA Professional John Thibault.
The first several holes reveal the stunning characteristics of the course. Immaculately maintained fairways, velvety smooth and exceptionally fast greens, and the approach shots, seeming moderate in stature, but turning devilishly difficult upon closer examination. The back nine offers quite a bit more of a challenge. Trees and tight landing areas make even the best shot makers nervous. Club selection and strategy off the tee become as important as the ensuing approach shot. The finishing holes bring you back to the golf shop, where our helpful staff is waiting to accommodate your every need upon completion of your round.
