The Ann Arbor Country Club Golf Course first opened in 1929. In 1963 it was organized as the Ann Arbor Country Club, and remained a private club until 2011, when the assets of the club were transferred to the Club's new owner A2C2 Partnership, LLC and its operating subsidiary Laramond Group, LLC. dba Ann Arbor Country Club. Since taking over, A2C2 and Laramond Group have made substantial improvements to the clubhouse and the Club's operations and have opened the Club up to both its members and the general public.
