About Sugarloaf Golf Course:
In 1985, following several years of design and construction, the Sugarloaf Golf Club opened and immediately became Maine's premier golf destination. Designed by legendary course architect Robert Trent Jones, Jr., the course would go on to be ranked as Maine's #1 Golf Course by Golf Digest 25 times in the ensuing 26 years, a ranking which it still holds to this day.
