Located next to the C&O Canal and the Potomac River, the Center's spectacular natural setting is ideal for relaxation. With 285 acres of manicured turf and mature trees, visitors can experience golf, tennis, soccer, swimming and other outdoor sporting activities. Our outdoor pavilion area is ideal for company picnics or gatherings. The Center also has a clubhouse which boasts two dining rooms that have scenic views of the golf course. Our ballroom is another space that is perfect for corporate meetings and special events.

Bretton Woods is the ideal setting for important corporate or private events. Our facilities are located just 15 minutes from the Capital Beltway in a parkland setting, complete with 285 acres of scenic views, an 18-hole golf course overlooking the Potomac River, and a comfortable clubhouse atmosphere.

Bretton Woods Golf Course was originally designed in the early 1960’s by Edmund Ault. Ault, a talented designer, is credited with dozens of the Mid-Atlantic’s strongest layouts. His routing of the course maximizes the beautiful 275 acre property by placing tees and and greens on natural knolls creating memorable golf holes and scenic views of the beautiful, mature hardwoods.
