About The Links Golf Course:

The Links Golf Club opened its doors for the first time in early spring of 1999. The course was the life-long vision of Mr. Emmett Burley, one of the original owners at that time. Utilizing 160 acres on the Rathdrum Prairie, owners Emmett Burley and Richard Baiter, under the guidance of Superintendent, Mike Grilley, shaped the course into what it is today. Keeping true to the Scottish style, the course was built around the natural features of the land.
Today, The Links features beautiful bent grass greens and lush fairways. The deep bunkers and challenging rough combine with the wind to make it a true links experience. Innovative at the time, The Links was the first course in the area to use L-93 bent grass, which is now also being used by Circling Raven and The Club at Black Rock. In addition to bent grass, we also incorporated four types of blue grass with 20% rye. This helps keep the grass green throughout the playing season. The course itself was designed to meet all U.S.G.A. specifications and will test your playing ability from every tee but will also reward you for good shots. We look forward to having you play "Golf as it was meant to be."
