Imperial Lakewoods Golf Club opened for play in 1987 and quickly became one of Southwest Florida’s favorite golf courses. Family owned and operated, the course is nestled among 200 beautifully wooded acres. This Ted McAnlis designed course features water on every hole and renowned for it’s famous par 5 finishing hole. The 600+ yard No18 is consistently rated as Manatee County’s Best Golf Hole and is in the Golf Hole Hall of Fame.
Imperial Lakewoods is conveniently located at exit 229, directly off I-75 and one mile north of the junction of Interstates 75 and 275. The course is located approximately 10 minutes from the Sunshine Skyway Bridge and 30 minutes (or less) from St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Bradenton and Tampa.
