About Mission Valley Country Club:

The original course was designed by David Wallace, who took a 200+ parcel of land that is scattered with lakes and created a course unlike any other in the area – a course you can walk. Wallace built the greens and tees within close proximity of each other, producing a golf course that is enjoyable to play whether you walk or ride.

Since its original design, the course has seen its share of redesign and improvements and stays in impeccable condition. In the summer of 2018, the golf course underwent an extensive renovation which included a total regrassing of the course with TifTuf Bermuda grass. Greens were enlarged and re-grassed with an ultra-dwarf TifEagle grass, new tees were added offering golfers at all levels an opportunity to play. The bunkers were repositioned and upgraded to the Better Billy Bunker system, reknowned world-wide as the best. Natural sandscape areas were added and lakes expanded.
