About Mount Dora Golf Club:

The Mount Dora Golf Club is a member-owned club that is open to the public. The scenic Florida landscape features 85 acres of old oaks, pines and palms, all lining the fairways and provide cool shade on the hottest days. The course has a rich history that dates back to 1945, when GIs returning from WWII first founded the Mount Dora Golf Association. Eventually, the city leased them 80 acres along the Orange County line, and mule power and bulldozers crafted the first nine holes.
These days the Mount Dora Golf Club continues to be a popular destination for golfers from across the state and the rest of the nation. Billed as "The Longest 5,700 yards in Florida," this par 70 course with varied elevation manages the difficult double task of challenging serious players while helping rookies relax as they learn this classic game.

In addition to an excellent on-course experience, Mount Dora Golf Club also features a top-notch practice area and snack bar for relaxing after a round. We can't wait to welcome you!
