The Groves Golf and Country Club, located just minutes north of Tampa in the growing community of Land O' Lakes, is an environmentally sensitive community developed in complete harmony with natural surroundings. Forty percent of the community's 446 total acres have been preserved as conservation areas with residences surrounded by cypress preserves, parks or golf course fairways. The Groves, an active adult 55+ HOA/CDD Deed Restricted community with 754 homes, is in compliance with the community's Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions and the Florida and the Federal Fair Housing Acts.

The community offers a variety of home styles which includes: patio, club, courtyard and estate homes. Every home style receives basic cable and various levels of lawn maintenance services. Other services may include exterior painting and roof replacement. All our community entrances and amenities are video monitored or manned 24 hours a day.

Each home in this active adult community includes equity in our 18 hole par 65 golf course. The course, designed by PGA Tour Professional, Gary Koch, features a pro shop, aqua driving range and putting green.

The community’s 15,000 square foot Civic Center is the perfect setting for socializing and recreational activities including restaurant, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi spa, fitness center, media room, tennis courts, bocce courts, a dog park, RV storage area and more. The ballroom can seat up to 180 people, and is great for holding meetings, ceremonies, banquets or any other social gathering.
