About Steelwood Country Club:
The course, designed by former U.S. Open Champion Jerry Pate, is rated by GolfDigest® as one of the best courses in Alabama. The vistas are spectacular, especially the 6 holes bordering the lake. The Steelwood golf course opened in 1997. Scott Smith, PGA Professional, manages the course as the Director of Operations. Matt Russell is Steelwood’s Head Golf Professional.
