About Riverside Golf Course:

Ranked as one of Southern Wisconsin's best public golf courses, Riverside Golf Course received a 3.5 star rating in the acclaimed Golf Digest and has been showcased as one of the top 50 best values in public golf in the country. Located near the scenic Rock River on the northwest side of Janesville and built in 1924 by architect Robert Bruce Harris, Riverside Golf Course has grown in prominence and is the proud host of the Ray Fischer Tournament. The tournament is one of the most prestigious amateur events in the Midwest and lists many PGA tour stars; among the former winners are Steve Stricker and Skip Kendall. The 18-hole Riverside Golf Course features 6,508 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 70.7 and it has a slope rating of 123.
